As a member of the monthly Spa Club, you receive unlimited car washes based on the car wash package suited for you, and your membership is paid on the same day of each month using the automatic debit or credit card payment. If you wish to pay in advance for a 12-month membership, you will receive a 10% discount on the total price of the annual membership. For example, 12 months of our Full Service Wash Package would be $468 (12x$39). If you were to prepay it would only cost you $421.20.
ALSO, Spa Club Members get 10 cents off a gallon of gas at our Ellisville location by simply entering their 10 digit phone number on file when prompted at the fuel pump!

Can I still pay for a year up front?
If you wish to pay in advance for a 12 month membership you will receive a 10% discount on the total price of the annual membership. For example, 12 months of our Full Service Spa Package would be $468.00, ($39.00×12), but if you were to prepay it would only cost you $421.20.
How many vehicles may I use my spa club membership on?
Your spa club membership is valid for unlimited washes on one vehicle only. You may purchase additional spa clubs for your other vehicles.
What happens if I get a new car?
If you replace a vehicle, your spa club is eligible to be transferred to a new vehicle, however, it is only eligible for one vehicle.
How does billing work?
Your membership fee is automatically billed to your credit card each month on your anniversary date. For example: If you sign up on the 15th of the month your recharge will occur on the 15th of every month.
How do I cancel my spa club?
We hate to see you go, but if you wish to cancel your spa club, you may do so by going to the home page and clicking Manage My Account 7 days prior to your next recharge.
In order to cancel your spa club, you will need the following information: First and last name, the license plate, color, year, make and model of the vehicle and an email or phone number to reach you.
How does Auto Spa Etc. communicate specials and changes with members?
We communicate specials, sales and all other changes with our Members first. We do this via email and via text.
If you haven’t been receiving our emails or texts please stop at the cashier station on your next visit and ask them to update your information on file.
